I think this app is an outstanding reference product! I can easily find what I need -- and it gives me all the details I want.

I am a medical student and this app is amazing. Worth every penny. Just a drop in the bucket compared to the cost medical shool.

I have always been interested in how the human body works and fits together. Although Grays Anatomy is still very amazing as a two-dimensional reference, this program takes anatomy to a whole new realm. The richness of detail, the textures, the ease of navigating and viewing the different systems of the body is just plain unbelievable. I have an Apple Cinema Display and all I can say is – Stunning! I cant see how this could be any better than it is. Well done!

Great program, but difficulty with tutorial. . . unable to open the tutorial so winging it until that is figured out. Purchased it through App store. Whenever I try to use the tutorial it says I am missing a plug in. Thought it was Adobe, but it was on the system, so a week later Im still winging it.

I have the Mac, iPad, and iPhone versions. Pros. The apps are perfect for any course in general anatomy and it is getting better. The price is right. This is good for first year medical school students and physicians, and other anatomy students, who want an easy to use basic reference. The fact that you can minipulate the body (better in iPad and iPhone than Mac), add and delete organs, then save copies of the modified images is awesome. Cons. Forget about the feable attempt to add diseases to the app. It is very poorly done, useless, and does nothing to inform the user (general public, medical students, anyone else). To medical and pathology students - go elsewhere for pathology. The neuroanatomy doesn’t have any CNS pathways and the brain is not detailed at all for any neuroscience course. My advice to the company is to ditch the diseases and do a very detailed neuro anatomy app with pathways for a proper neuroscience course.

Purchassed this app to help with my A&P class. What a total waste of money! This will not allow you to get the level of detail that is shown in a college level A&P class. You’re better off buying a basic anatomy book than this app. If there was a way to get a refund I would.

Initial purchase proved this app outstanding with little or no effort one could navigate and be educated in the anatomy of the human body. Unfortunately this latest update removed all the details that previously were able to be accessed with little or no effort. The cluster of commands on the left side of the screen makes identification of various section and organs difficult to see and isolate. Huge disappointment; will be looking for a different app in the future unless better upgrade is forthcoming

This app used to be very user friendly. It was very detailed and easy to navigate. After the update it became un-usable. I can’t click on any structure in free roam. It is harder to move around and it just became a waste of time and money. If you had it before the update, then it should probably still be usable, as of now. It is a waste of money and its a shame. It was such a great program to have.

I am currently a grad student, and I have been using this app for a few weeks now. It has really nice detail and is much easier to use than an anatomy atlas. Highly recommend!!

The OS X version of this app needs better trackpad controls. Panning up and down is impossible without using the terrible on screen joy-stick unless I’m missing something. With that said, the iOS version of this app is amazingly good. Great on the go interactive anatomy app for medical students. I appreciate that it is a one time purchase instead of a silly monthly membership.
